Meet Spencer Ciccia
Spencer Ciccia founded Elite Contracting & Design with a clear mission: to become the go-to construction partner for dental professionals in the tri-state area. With a background in commercial construction and a deep understanding of the unique demands of dental facilities, Spencer built a company that bridges the gap between general contracting and the specialized needs of modern dental practices.
Over the past 6+ years, Spencer and his team have completed 12+ dental office buildouts — from ground-up new construction to full-scale renovations. Every project reflects his commitment to precision, communication, and delivering spaces that help dentists thrive.
Based in Oakland, New Jersey, Elite serves practices across Bergen, Morris, Essex, Hudson, and Middlesex counties, as well as New York and Pennsylvania. Spencer is personally involved in every project, ensuring the same level of care and attention from first consultation to final walkthrough.
