We handle all permit submissions, plan reviews, and municipal approvals on your behalf. Dental offices require specialized permits for plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and sometimes health department sign-off. Our team navigates the process efficiently so construction can begin on schedule.
Construction
This is where your vision comes to life. Our experienced crews handle framing, drywall, plumbing rough-ins, electrical wiring, HVAC installation, flooring, cabinetry, and all finish work. We manage every subcontractor and conduct daily quality checks to maintain our standard of precision.

We work directly with your dental equipment suppliers (Henry Schein, Patterson, Benco, and others) to coordinate delivery timing, utility connections, and placement. Chair plumbing, vacuum lines, compressor hookups, digital X-ray wiring — everything is pre-planned and installed to manufacturer specifications.
Inspection & Punch List
Before handoff, we conduct thorough inspections with municipal inspectors and walk through every detail with you. Our punch-list process ensures nothing is missed — from paint touch-ups to equipment calibration checks. We don't consider a project done until you're 100% satisfied.
Move-In & Launch
We hand you the keys to a move-in-ready dental practice. Our team remains available post-construction for any questions or adjustments. Many of our clients become long-term partners — when they're ready to expand, renovate, or open a second location, they call us first.
